To take a screenshot on the Pre, simply press [Orange key] + Sym + P. The image will then show up in the Photos application under "screencaptures".

Also, looking at the folder in USB Mode, there are JPG and PNG versions of each photo. PNG seems to be webOS's image format of choice, but why then also a JPG?
